

My Approach
I use an eclectic style of evidenced based therapies to guide me in providing therapy and support to others. I believe that people know themselves best and that with some support they have the ability to utilize past experiences of overcoming to pull themselves forward with a little help from a friend. I utilize a strengths based perspective, meaning that no matter what the situation is, we can find something positive to build on, and provide the skills that are needed to empower individuals towards healing and growth. Some of the treatment modalities that I pull from in my eclectic approach are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Focused, Motivational Enhancement Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. My experience with these modalities and techniques, and your expertise of yourself, allows us to work together towards the change that is needed in your life to overcome obstacles, rebuild, or maintain stability that will allow optimal functioning, joy, peace, and balance in your life.
Therapy Rates:
Rates are based on the length of time we connect. The price is the same whether we meet in the office, on the phone, or online. The price is also the same if it is for individual, couple, family, or other guests who are a part of our sessions. However, currently due to the COVD19 Pandemic, I am only working with people online through video chat/conferencing and/or Teletherapy over the phone. At this time I am not billing insurance, and payment is due at the time of the session unless other arrangements have been made.
